Our Smoked Rum is cold-smoked with local apple wood. Intensely smoky with hints of apple and burnt treacle. Beguilingly smooth after a punchy nose. The finish unashamedly reminds you of this rum’s fiery origin.
Designed to be a sipping rum, our Smoked Rum is delicious on its own, or try it in an Old Fashioned with a twist of grapefruit peel.
70cl bottle is finished with a wood and cork stopper.
