Using recipes which differ from any competitors, Womersley vinegars surprise first time tasters by exciting the taste buds in a way not usually associated with vinegar. Hence the rare appraisal from Great Taste Award judges, who described Womersley vinegars as “drop dead gorgeous.”
The recipes have always been made using almost exclusively natural ingredients and are very versatile. All the recipes were created with advice and help from chefs, a practice which persists today. That way, we ensure they are as good for cocktails and sauces as they are for dressing a salad or for making vibrant marinades.
We cook in small batches by hand whilst ensuring consistency in our unusual, perfectly-balanced recipes. The spirit vinegar base allows the true flavour of the fruit to excite the taste-buds every time.
