For a hundred years Lottie Shaw's family have been baking commercially in West Yorkshire. Indeed we still use our giant mixers built in the 1950s to mix together our ingredients. At the heart of our range is our award winning Seriously Good Yorkshire Parkin cake, baked from a family recipe handed down by three generations.
The range of products is wide and enjoyed all year round, but we also produce seasonal treats. For example we handmade more than 100,000 mince pies at Christmas and our Rich Fruit Cake and Festive Treats Tins have become a firm favourite in the Winter.
Our distinctive sustainable kraft and burgundy packaging is now to be seen in leading independent retailers throughout the county and beyond. But the story of Lottie Shaw's extraordinary success began just eight years ago when Charlotte, keen to leave the corporate world, began baking Yorkshire Parkin, to her family recipe dating back to 1913, for local shops and farmers markets.
