Friary are an award winning family run business who have been creating liqueurs for over 20 years. Their liqueur blends all started from their Dad who created a small batch of Ginger Whisky and Sloe Gin, he made these by hand and sold them at local agricultural shows. This lead him to a couple of local farm shops and delicatessens asking for him to stock them. 20 years later, his two daughters remain true to their heritage and produce all of their liqueurs in small batches and by hand. Their Ingredients are sourced where possible from the UK and include many British hedgerow favourites, using traditionally crafted wines, infusions and spirits.
