New Product Launch: Tom Kerridge Ketchups

Be the first to stock the new ketchup range from 2 Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kerridge.

Tom has worked alongside award-winning British artisan preserve producers to create his first ever, ready-to-eat range which are handmade in the English Lake District and free of any artificial colourings, flavourings, or preservatives.

They are gluten-free, nut-free and suitable for vegetarians. Most are also vegan friendly.

Here are the wonderful flavours on offer…

Black Garlic Ketchup: A delicious black garlic ketchup made with crushed black garlic, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, spices and Anglesey Sea Salt to add a beautiful depth of flavour to meals. Use as a traditional dipping sauce, to accompany meat or chicken, or as an ingredient within casseroles and risottos.

This ketchup is gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian and vegan-friendly.

Fruity Brown Sauce: A truly classic condiment, this brown sauce uses the traditional base of dates alongside a carefully-balanced collection of spices and combination of fruit to make the perfect sauce to accompany an English breakfast.

Chipotle Barbecue: A classic in every home, this barbecue ketchup is a fresh take on the universally-loved condiment and is the essence of summer. Ripe tomatoes are picked then blended with savoury spices and chipotle chillies to produce a beautifully tangy sauce.

Gherkin Ketchup: The only sauce of its kind on the market, gherkin ketchup has long been a favourite in Tom Kerridge’s restaurants. Designed to accompany steak, it also makes a delicious addition on burgers or chips.

Virgin Mary Ketchup: The classic drink reimagined as a delicious, non-alcoholic ketchup. Tomato and celery have been combined with other fresh ingredients to create a ketchup for all occasions.

Tom Kerridge has been creating stand-out dining experiences his whole life. After beginning his career as a commis chef, he took over a run-down pub in Marlow to create The Hand and Flowers. In 2011, it became the first pub to receive two Michelin stars. In 2014 the team opened The Coach, Marlow which quickly received received three AA Rosettes and in 2017 a Michelin star. In 2017, Tom opened the Butcher’s Tap which serves the Marlow community as a fully operational butchers and pub under one roof. Alongside his television shows and appearances, he’s launched a number of best-selling cookbooks, a cookware product range and is now excited to launch the first of his food range.
